Remove the old ignition coil (armature) mounting screwsĭisconnect the stop switch wire from the flywheel brake and remove the coilĪttach a replacement coil using mounting screws Unhook the spark plug wire and secure it, removing any batteries, if equipped Armatures are often packaged with a shim to assist in setting the gap. Your engine repair manual will provide the proper gap for your engine.

Remedies under this warranty shall be limited to the original purchase price of the claimed defective item. Proof of, and date of purchase will be required. Items returned by the purchaser for warranty adjustment must be handled as stated in our return policy.
We shall, at our option, repair or replace any items deemed by us to be defective under this warranty.
